Audubon Zoo is one of the oldest zoos in the country - having been around since 1915 - and it is also one of the most significant zoos. But in addition to being interesting from a purely historical perspective, Audubon Zoo is also interesting for the animals it houses!

When you visit the swamp exhibit at Audubon Zoo, you will be immersed in a full picture of the animal landscape of Southern Louisiana. With animals ranging from black bears to cottonmouth snakes to alligators - and with a fully authentic setting - you will feel like you are truly in the swamp. But not only does this area have these animals you could find at other zoos; it also has the famous white alligators! These alligators belong to a litter in which all the alligators were born completely white, and they are one of the most unique aspects of the zoo.

You will be able to find plenty of other animals at Audubon Zoo also - besides just the swamp animals - and, you will be able to visit Monkey Hill! Monkey Hill is a manmade hill that is considered to be the highest point in New Orleans - about thirty feet above sea level! In fact, this hill was originally built so that the children of New Orleans would know what a hill looks like!

A lot of people attend live zumba sessions and have a bunch of fun doing it. You can get an amazing workout and learn some great dance moves to boot.

These are only two options of many videos, but they are well worth the money. I love these two because of their intensity and ability to get you moving. Don’t be afraid to try out a new exercise video it is well worth your time to do so.

In spite of the fact that each day - in an elemental sense - is exactly as long as every other day, the term "long day" is something people often use; of course, the reason people often feel that some days are longer than others is that they are running short on energy, and one of the best ways to keep this from happening to you (at least, to prevent it happening as often as it currently does!) is to know how to harness your energy throughout the course of the day.

There will certainly be times when you will end up feeling worn down - physically, mentally, and emotionally - no matter what steps you take, but when you keep these tips in mind, you will be much better equipped to keep up your energy more often than not!
