Using The Sleep Cycle App To Feel More Awake

The Relationship Cure: A 5 Step Guide to Strengthening Your Marriage, Family, and Friendships
If you own an iPhone or an android phone, you may have heard of the "Sleep Cycle" app; which is an app that is supposed to work by monitoring your sleep and making sure it wakes you up when you are at your lightest point of sleep - and which, of course, is supposed to result in you feeling much more awake than you would if you were woken up from a deep sleep.

Of course, wondering whether or not an app on your cell phone (even if it is a "smartphone"!) could work well enough to do something like this is natural, but the answer to this question is actually not complicated at all: It absolutely works, as the way in which your body moves will differ depending on the sleep cycle you are in, and the app tracks your movements to know when you are in deep sleep and when you are in lighter sleep.

If you ever have a tendency to feel more tired than you should after a full night of sleep, you should certainly consider using this app (it only costs 99 cents!) - after all, as long as you use it correctly, it just might be the difference between you always feeling tired and you feeling suddenly much more awake.

You will have to keep your phone plugged in to use this app, as the screen cannot be shut off during the night in order for the app to work; this is an inconvenience, of course, but it is a minor inconvenience compared to the fact that it will help you to feel a lot less tired.

You will set the alarm for a certain time, just as you would with a normal alarm clock, but the difference is that with the Sleep Cycle app, you will wake you within a 30 minute window of that time you set - whenever you hit a point in your sleep when you are finally in "light sleep"; after you plug your phone in and set the alarm, all you have to do is set the phone face-down near your head, with the top of the phone facing you, and you will be all set to sleep, and in the morning the Sleep Cycle app will wake you up when you are in your lightest state of sleep, and you will wake up feeling much more rested as a result.
